WEB-BASED NEW ACCOUNT DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE TRAINING

Training Resources Consulting, LLC provides a comprehensive six-hour web-based New Account Seminar broken down into three two-hour sessions. The pre-recorded and live training on New Accounts Documentation and Compliance series is offered through the national firm OnCourse Learning (OCL). The three-part series includes (1) Business Account Documentation and Complex Scenarios, (2) Personal Accounts and Power of Attorney, and (3) Trust, Fiduciary, Minor, and Estate Accounts. Each two-hour session can be purchased separately or as a package. Although this new account training is not state-law specific - it provides comprehensive risk-based training and guidance for new account representatives, bank trainers, new account managers, and compliance staff. The training includes a PDF of the instructor’s detailed PowerPoint slides.
